About the NFPA 704 Diamond
The NFPA 704 diamond tells firefighters at a glance what's behind a door or in a tank: blue for health, red for flammability and yellow for instability, each rated 0 (minimal) to 4 (severe), plus a white quadrant for special hazards — W with a bar for water-reactive, OX for oxidizers, SA for simple asphyxiants. It's required by many local fire codes rather than by OSHA. Take the ratings from the product's Safety Data Sheet or your fire marshal — they aren't the same scale as the GHS hazard categories (where 1 is the most severe).
