About the Notice Sign
NOTICE signs carry information that isn't about a physical hazard: a site policy, a restricted area, a reminder about procedure. OSHA 1910.145 doesn't define them; the blue header with the white NOTICE signal word is the sign-maker convention, over a white field with a black message. A bilingual sign adds AVISO to the header.
